Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fish On
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You retain ownership of all fishing data you capture through the app

Purchases

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms
Refund policy: Contact support@fishon.ai within 30 days of purchase

Acceptable Use

Do not use Fish On for any unlawful purpose
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the application
Do not share your account credentials with others

Limitation of Liability

Fish On is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Angler’s Advantage, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
